1) I retain full ownership rights to my work, and I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my own initative.
2) Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions mandates proper attribution and credit for my work upon public display or use.
3) All quoted prices are final with some negotiation under some circumstances. The scope of work is directly aligned with the agreed-upon package and pricing. You get what you pay for :D
4) I reserve the right to use my work for showcase and promotional purposes.
5) A 50% non-refundable upfront payment is required to commence work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery of the product.
6) Requests for additional services or items (e.g, additional gamemode for osu! Skin) after the initial agreement may extend the project's delivery timeline. Payment for such additions will be included with the rest before delivery.
7) Refunds may be available under specific, pre-determined circumstances, which will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
8) Major design changes will not be accommodated once the design concept has been finalized and approved. Minor adjustments may be permitted at my discretion.
9) Progress can be requested, at any moment; however, please note that responses may not be immediate due to ongoing work commitments.
10) Project timelines are influenced by various factors, including, but not limited to: the thematic and artistic complexity of the commission, the number of active projects, and the timely availability of necessary assets (e.g., character art).
11) Providal of design preferences or a clear concept is mandatory to initiate the project. I won't do anything without a without a defined base idea.
